This project comes out as the final assignment of a UX design Bootcamp that we have to choose as per our inspiration. The task was to make them go through your design thinking and design journey, how you create information architecture and from scratch to end how you get your desired clickable mockups.

How this idea comes in mind?

As a common user, I found it really difficult to find a good doctor nearby and also to maintain health records, keep track of your doctor appointments along with your medicines refill all, in short, maintaining your health tracking.

As a health-conscious person, I do use different health apps, approximately 2-3 apps on average to sort all my appointments details I use google calendar, for my questions and doubts that I want to discuss with my doctor I use notes and also set reminders for my medicine refill tracks. For regulating my blood pressure and other health issues I use other apps like health and clue.

These are the basics app we can use without paying much but to use other advanced features you have to pay monthly subscriptions that is quite financially hard if you have to use different apps.

There is one more drawback of using the calendar for an appointment reminders, as you cannot keep track of your previous appointments. After facing all these problems, I got an idea to design this app My Health.

After further research and talking with my friends and other users, I got my targeted audience and their main pain points.

There are main 4 targeted audiences:

1) A fitness freak, who wants to track their fitness and records.

2) Old people, who need appointments and pill monitors and reminders to refill.

3) Health-conscious who want to track their health, medical records and keeping track of their documentation.

4) Those who find it difficult to locate a good doctor as per their need.

And their pain points are below:

• Finding difficulty in locating a good doctor

• Not able to track medicines and health reports

• Forget the appointments (need reminder for appointments and medicine refills)

• Not able to have proper documentation of medicines and medical tests to track the health meter.

• Need to have a pill monitor with reminder about refills.

After getting their pain points and targeted audience, I created user persona. Also created my storyboard, as it is helpful in depicting user’s experience with the product.

I started my work on low – fidelity wireframes, start sketching them on paper first to get into the idea. After satisfied with my designs start creating medium fidelity grey wireframes.

I created sitemap to get the blueprint of my app structure, how it is going to be, the number of screens and how a user is going to walk through the app easily.

After some reviewing and editing, I moved into my next big step that is to fill color into my grey mockups and turned them to beautiful well connected colorful high- fidelity working mockups.

For UI aspect I tried to keep it minimum, I have choose white and blue basic color of text, icons, buttons with different shades of blue to give some animation effect and also to enhance the designs.

Finally after the hardwork of few weeks I completed the design my app.
